Burundi Tourism Week 2024 will also include an exhibition match on the morning of December 14 before the gala evening. This event, organized in partnership with a local sports federation, will highlight the importance of sport in promoting peace and tourism in Burundi.

This year’s theme is “Sport for Tourism,” highlighting the role that sport can play in bringing communities together, promoting Burundi’s image through sport, and strengthening sports tourism in the country.
